Founder

• Lakshay is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary with an overall experience of 12+ years in assurance/ taxation and regulatory services. 

• Post his 3 years articleship, he worked as Audit Manager of R. Subramanian & Company for a year and then went on to work in Corporate Tax and Regulatory Services division of Ernst & Young LLP for about 4 years before moving to practise. 

• He specializes in tax and regulatory services and has worked on several assignments relating to transaction tax advisory, routine tax consultancy and compliance, international taxation, foreign exchange regulations including FDI Policy, Virtual CFO, tax representation etc.

• He has also liaised extensively with RBI authorities, Companies Registrars, Assessing Officers, Commissioner of Income-tax, Appellate Authorities, and Tax Tribunal.  He also works closely with legal counsels for Appellate tribunal and High court matters.

• On audit matters, he has handled internal/ statutory/operational audit assignments of various MNCs, PSUs and large domestic organisations .
