PDF Table Extractor
Pull the tables out of almost any PDF into a clean spreadsheet — bank and loan statements, credit card bills, invoices, ledgers, mutual fund and demat statements, payslips. Unlike most online converters, this one runs entirely inside your browser: the file is never uploaded to us or to any third party, and nothing is stored. Given what these documents usually contain, that seemed like the only responsible way to build it.
Processed locally on your device. We receive only a count of extracted rows, to meter the free tier — never the statement or any of its contents.
This tool extracts tabular data from a PDF for convenience and does not verify or interpret the underlying figures. Always reconcile converted output against the original statement before using it for accounting, filing or any other purpose.
Why it runs in your browser
A bank statement or salary document is about as sensitive as a document gets — account numbers, balances, and a complete record of who you pay and who pays you. Most free online PDF converters upload your file to a server you know nothing about. This one does the parsing locally using the browser's own PDF engine, so the file never travels. You can confirm that yourself: open your browser's network tab while converting, and you will see no upload.
What works, and what doesn't
- Digital statements work well — anything downloaded from net banking as a PDF.
- Password-protected files are fine — enter the password above; it is used locally to open the file and is not transmitted.
- Scanned or photographed documents will not work, because there is no text to read. Those need OCR, and we're happy to handle them for you.
- Unusual layouts may need cleanup. Merged cells and wrapped narration are the usual culprits — check the output before use.
